Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Trainer to lead the operational training of over 500 new freight handlers at a high-volume distribution center. This critical role ensures all incoming associates are trained to meet performance expectations, adhere to safety standards, and understand humano's operational procedures from day one.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, experience facilitating large-scale training sessions, and the ability to deliver consistent, clear instruction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position requires hands-on leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of freight handling processes including receiving, sorting, stowing, and outbound logistics.

Schedule:
- 5 Days a week, Full Time, 1st Shift with a 7am start time

Salary:
- $21/hour

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s processes and safety protocols preferred
- Prior experience in training roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using warehouse technologies (RF scanners, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging training sessions for new freight handlers, covering humano's safety standards, operational procedures, and productivity expectations.
- Train associates in functional areas such as receiving, stowing, picking, packing, sorting, palletizing, and loading/unloading.
- Manage high-volume training schedules to onboard hundreds of associates quickly and efficiently, while maintaining training quality and consistency.
