**Job Summary:**
The Inbound Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in our warehouse. This role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring efficient operations, and leading a team to meet productivity goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office suite.

Salary $65 - $75k DOE

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate the receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products in the warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and operational goals.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics.
