**Job Summary:**
The Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler / Unloader will be responsible for unloading, sorting, palletizing, and wrapping products with an average weight of 25lbs in a warehouse setting located in Bolingbrook, IL. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with additional mandatory overtime as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25lbs
- Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role preferred, but not required!
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload incoming shipments and ensure accurate sorting and palletizing of products
- Wrap and prepare items for storage or shipment
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Meet productivity targets to maximize daily earnings based on a production-based pay structure
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Compensation:**
This position offers a production-based pay structure where the more efficient the Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler is, the more they can earn each day. On average, associates can expect to earn about $22 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $19 per hour.
