**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an Order Selection Salaried Supervisor to join our team and oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse supervision with a focus on order selection. Order selection experience is a must

**Salary:**
- Competitive $70,000/ann + Potential 10% bonus

**Shift:**
- Full-time 1st shift opening

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse supervision
- Experience in 3PL environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on order selection and logistics
- Develop and implement warehouse policies to optimize efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators to improve warehouse performance
- Lead and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure a productive team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Identify operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
