**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily operations within a high-volume distribution facility. The Warehouse Ops Manager will be responsible for overall warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving execution, workforce leadership, and operational compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive warehouse leadership experience, with a preference for those who have supported Amazon or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.

**Compensation:**
- Competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $130,000 DOE

**Schedule:**
- Full-Time | 1st Shift | 5 days per week

**Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of progressive warehouse management experience
- Background in Amazon or third-party logistics (3PL) operations preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control, labor management, and logistics workflows
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve performance and reduce costs
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse leadership and staff
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and scalability
