**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Site Manager specializing in Operations Logistics to oversee the daily operations of our high-volume distribution facility. The Warehouse Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless shipping and receiving processes, effective leadership of the workforce, and adherence to operational standards.

**Compensation:**
- Competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $90,000 DOE

**Schedule:**
- Full-Time | 1st Shift | 5 days per week

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive warehouse management experience
- Background in operations logistics, preferably in Amazon or third-party logistics (3PL) environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, labor management, and logistics workflows
- Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
- Develop and implement operational processes to enhance performance and reduce costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse leadership and staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and scalability

**Additional Requirements:**
